Hostel Policy
The following policy must be respected by every guest!
The hostel is supervised by the receptionists and if someone or a group of guests is not respecting the policy will be asked to check out immediately! In any of these circumstances, Orange Village is not refunding any prepaid money. In this matter any damages caused by disobeying our policy by any of the guest will need to be payed for.
Check in policy: Check-In Time is 2:00PM Early Check-In may be available upon guests request. Please contact us to check for any rooms that are available at your request time. Cannot guarantee this service.
Policy while staying in the hostel: Respect fellow guests, our neighbors, and staff and be quiet in the hallway at all times. Our hostel is non-smoking hostel. A $250 will be charged for deep cleaning service fee and additional charge will incur in a smoke alarm is activated and fire engines are summoned. They will also be asked to leave the premises Guests can use the kitchen, but they need to clean up after themselves. Breakfast is between 7-10 am and only available for guests staying in our hostel. Guests can have visitors, but the hostel must to be informed in advance. If you wish to extend your stay, you may do so, if there is availability with full payment in advance.
Check out policy: Check out time is at 11AM. You may be charged for late check out fee if you do so. Deposits are refundable if all keys and bed linen are returned. Deposits are refundable if all keys and all our belonging items that were provided at the time of your Check-In condition.
Cancellation policy: For long term stays and monthly rentals- If you cancel for any reason 3days after the reservation is confirmed you will charge a $100 cancellation fee. We are required to provide 2weeks notice prior to expiration of contract whether you wish to renew the contract. Early termination fee for long term stay guests will apply. Amount of fee may vary depends on the terms of agreement and are subject review.
Please note that we require a refundable key deposit of $25 per key, which is returned upon checkout. The key deposit must be paid in cash or travelers checks. Sorry, No credit card for key deposit.
Upon Check-in photo identification and credit card are required. We will devote ourselves to work around your preference, however all special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot guaranteed and may incurred additional charge. Any changes to a reservation must be notified at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Cancellation must be done at least 48hours prior to arrival date or “no-show” fee to the equivalent to the first nights accommodation will be charged.
